Sustainability as part of Landscape planning

This enduring winter is coming to a close and it’s time to begin planning for a jump on landscaping for the upcoming season.

Spring cleanup is just a beginning and for many condominium managers, the curb appeal of a well manicured property is essential to maintain property values and quality of life for unit owners. Sustainability has become an important element for good property management and landscaping is a very visible opportunity to live within the means of our environment while ensuring that a condo lifestyle can be maintained without creating harm.

That said, here is an interesting article posted by the Pacific Premier Bank – a publicly traded community bank based in Southern California – unusual as a source for this type of information but understandable keeping in mind this drought plagued region of the country.
